Mark Lipof - President & CEO

Before starting Lipof Advertising, Inc., Mark worked at Y-100 (WHYI-FM, Miami Fort Lauderdale market) where he was a key member of the Y-100  morning show, doing news, traffic, comedy and public appearances. Mark was also on the afternoon drive time show as well on a daily basis and has done more on air appearances than any Y-100 personality.Being a licensed pilot he was only the second airborne FM radio traffic reporter in the Southeast United States. During his 17 year career in radio at Y-100, Mark held positions as News Director, Public Service compliance officer to the FCC for Y-100, Morning Show Co-Host, and Senior Account Executive in sales all at the same time. It is a fact that Mr. Lipof is extremely well known in media and charity for his work in radio and television and was even labeled a "Local Hometown Hero" recently by Paul and Young Ron (from the Paul and Young Ron Morning show on WBGG-FM (Miami/Ft. Ld. Market)). In 1992 Mark went on to broadcast television as a live Weekend News Anchor for the then local NBC affiliate in Miami/Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Lipof also worked for a local advertising agency before he realized he could help out clients much better if he started his own firm. While beginning his Agency career he was able to work on accounts such as SeaEscape, Dania Jai-Alai, Kertz Alarm, Paxton Communications, and L. Luria and Sons.In 1996 Mark founded Lipof Advertising which he has grown and prospered through due diligence, creative marketing tactics, and a special recipe for growing businesses which he has gotten quite good at. Mark's clients include various businesses in automotive, retail, hospitality, education, and other industries. Three of the agencies original clients are still with Lipof Advertising today - a testimony to the agency's commitment to account service and dedication. Mark attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
